We accept card payments - VISA and MASTERCARD only.
- Free delivery on orders over NTD. 3000 within mainland Taiwan, otherwise postage costs NTD. 150 per order.
- On completing your order it will take 3-5 working days to dispatch your items, and can be delivered to the designated address 1-3 days after shipment. For remote areas, outlying islands of Taiwan or overseas, the delivery time will vary accordingly. Shipping will be postponed on weekends and national holidays.
- After shipping your items we will email you your tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your order online; you can also log in to your account and view the status in【My Orders】.
- Special events or holidays may lead to an increase in orders resulting in a delay in shipping. We will notify you separately of any delays (normally 2-3 days) and occasionally orders for a large volume of items may cause logistics issues that can affect the delivery time.
- If your item is found to be out of stock or defective when preparing for shipment, our customer services will notify you and inform you of the further details.
- If repeated orders are found for unknown reasons or personal errors, and request for exchange/cancellation, Coquology reserves the right to continue shipping, return, exchange or cancel the membership.
- If you live outside of Taiwan and want to make a request for international delivery, please email coquology@fufuliving.com before placing the order and our customer services team will get in touch with you regarding delivery time and cost.
- The invoice will ship with the goods - if you require the invoice to be sent separately please indicate this in the "Order Remarks” at “Checkout”.
- If you need a VAT Number on the invoice, please put your company title and VAT number in the "Order Remarks”. Once your invoice is dispatched, no alterations or exchanges are possible.
