Returns & Refunds

| Standard Returns Policy

Coquology provides 7 days of satisfaction for the return or exchange of products in Taiwan. Please contact our customer services (coquology@fufuliving.com) within 7 days of receiving your product. You can indicate your intent to return and make sure you provide the following details:
Your name
Your order reference No.
Contact phone number
Item name
Reasons for return or exchange.

Please ensure that your item(s) is unused and with the original packaging accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (incl. invoice and packing list). We will process the return as soon as possible after having received your item(s) - if you didn’t hear from us within 5 working days please call +886-2-2511-3670.

| Refunds Policy

We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 7-20 working days.

Refund requests via bank transfer are usually processed within 7-14 working days and there may be a charge for the service or transaction fee. Please make sure you provide the following details:
Name of bank
Name of the account holder
Sort code
Account number

Once the payment has been processed please contact your bank if you have any enquiries regarding when the funds will transfer back to your account or credit note.



| Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Please return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned item MUST be in the original condition (unused, clean, no damage, no change or reform) with the original packaging (incl. free gift if redeemed, outer packaging, sealing packaging or stickers, warranty and all enclosed documents). A damage fee will be deducted from the refund if the original package had been damaged.
  2. Our policy allows 7 days to return an unwanted item(s), as are your statutory rights, however, any purchased item is not for test purposes - this is NOT a 7-day free trial. If you receive the item(s) and after inspection decides to return it, please keep it unused and immediately return it following the returns policy. The return and exchange of the item(s) must be notified and sent back within 7 days of receiving the product. Overdue requests will not be accepted and Coquology may refuse to exchange or cancel the purchase.
  3. It's the buyer's responsibility for the return and redelivery costs in all cases other than when returning faulty items. Please return your item(s) and include a pre-paid postage label inside the parcel for any exchanges - you can exchange ONLY once. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we’ll offer a full refund. 
  4. If the original order reached the free delivery threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund fee.
  5. If Coquology verifies that your item(s) cannot be returned or non-return orders, we will return your parcel using the “cash on delivery” method. 
  6. If you receive incorrect or faulty items please inform us by email attaching images of the item(s) and providing full details of the issue(s). We will get back to you as soon as possible for the next step.
  7. Being hygienic and the safety of our customers are super important therefore certain items can’t be returned for refunds if unwrapped, the packaging opened or the item used in any way (incl. underwear, personal hygiene products, food or household cleaning products).
  8. Do not use the product’s packaging as return packaging without any further protection - eg. shoe box, item sealing bag - as it may affect your right to return. You are responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.
  9. If we are unable to get in touch with you, the cancellation of the returned item(s) will only be reserved for 1 month from the start date of the return process, and any overdue item(s) will be directly invalid. Please note the purchase fee cannot be refunded or exchanged for credits.
  10. Coquology reserves the right to refuse any exchange or cancellations due to the product condition or damage and we may charge you for any repairs.

Avoiding fraud and scams; please be aware that Coquology will NEVER ask our customers for any personal details, ask to set up payment plans and instalment schedules, request payments over the phone or request faulty transaction repayments.
