LBJ preserves are made from a variety of spices, herbs and fruits to create a brand new charming jam from London, established by the Michelin starred restaurant's pastry chef Lillie O’Brien.
LBJ only make small batches, each with natural flavour, perfect for daily use as a cooking ingredient or as marinade elements. LBJ preserves are dairy-free & vegan, contain high-quality real fruit and no more than 4 ingredients. There are no commercial pectins added and only unrefined cane sugar is used. You can also enjoy this special flavour pairing in-store at the Coquology Café & Deli.
