Classic Goose Fat Noodles / Rice (Ready in 5 Minutes)
Steps: Cook one bowl of noodles (or prepare a bowl of steaming hot white rice), then add 2 tablespoons of Golden Goose Fat with Crispy Shallots and 1 tablespoon of traditionally brewed black soybean soy sauce.
Flavor Tip:
Sprinkle with a little chopped scallion or cilantro according to your personal preference, mix everything evenly, and enjoy a pure and captivating nostalgic flavor.
Flavor Enhancer for All Kinds of Home-Cooked Dishes:
Stir-Frying / Finishing Touch: Add to stir-fried vegetables, blanched vegetables, stir-fried rice noodles, or fried rice to enhance the overall aroma and flavor.

★ Goose Fat with Scallion Mixed Mushroom Vermicelli with Arugula Ingredients｜1 serving
Taiwanese vermicelli 100g
-Mixed mushrooms 80g (king oyster mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, white beech mushrooms)
-Goose Fat with Scallion 25g
-Canola oil 8g
-Pasta cooking water 15g
-Arugula 3–5 leaves
-Black pepper, a pinch
-Stir-Fried Mushroom Sauce 40
(soy sauce 60g / mirin 60g / sake 30g / water 60g / sugar 15g. Mix all ingredients together and simmer over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved)
1. Cut the mixed mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add 8 g canola oil to the pan and stir-fry the mixed mushrooms over high heat until fragrant, the moisture has evaporated and the mushrooms are lightly browned.
3. Add 0.5 g salt and a pinch of black pepper to season, then add 20 g Stir-Fried Mushroom Sauce. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
4. Bring water to a boil, add the vermicelli, and cook for 3–5 minutes until done.
5. Drain the vermicelli and, while still hot, add 25 g Goose Fat with Scallion and toss until evenly coated.
6. Add 20 g Stir-Fried Mushroom Sauce and 15 g pasta cooking water, and mix well.
7. Add the stir-fried mixed mushrooms and toss again until evenly combined.
8. Transfer to a serving plate and top with 3–5 leaves of arugula.
