Ruby Lee
A second-generation tea farmer from Pinglin, Taiwan, Ruby grew up immersed in the beauty of mountain forests. Her career began in spatial design, leading her to become a Senior Designer at LTW Designworks in Beijing. Her portfolio includes prestigious international five-star projects for Hyatt Hotels and the Humble House Group.
Upon returning to Taiwan, she rediscovered her roots under the mentorship of tea masters Shen Wu-ming and Chao Hui-min. In 2017, she founded Ging Sun Bao Zhu, a space blending her deep aesthetic expertise with her passion for tea and art. Focused on "Tea," "Curated Goods," and "Exhibitions," she is dedicated to creating a tea lifestyle that is warm, beautiful, and effortless.
